Cancellation & Re-scheduling:
48 Hours notice is required for cancellations and re-schduleing prior to the booked appointment.
Cancellations and re-schedule's that occur after the 48 hour window will result in a total loss of deposit.
No-Shows:
There is a zero tolerance for no-shows.
Day-of discrepancies:
On the day of a permanent makeup appointment, if certain pre-care conditions are not followed, or if you have withheld information about contraindications your appointment will have to re-booked. However, due to the failure of not reading the required information prior to appointment there will be a total loss of deposit in this case as well.
Payment methods:
Cash, Interac e-transfer, Paypal.
Declaration:
Korrie Cosmetic tattoo reserves the right to refuse service.
Photo consent:
I understand that taking Before and After pictures is a condition of such procedures. I hereby forever release and discharge Korrie Cosmetic Tattoo from any and all claims, action and demands arising out of use of said photographs for website.
